At AYRIVA, we are committed to delivering premium products and a shopping experience you can trust. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below and will issue a refund to the original payment method.
📦 Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AYRIVA is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
🛠 Exceptions
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong item or defective product), AYRIVA will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address:

Once an order is in transit, address changes are no longer possible.
AYRIVA is not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
❌ Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.

If an order is canceled before processing, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and payment processing costs.
🚫 Invalid Reasons for Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
